The Executive Officer Corporate Services provides a key support role in coordinating and preparing corporate documents, for instance the Business Plan and Annual Report, as well as statistical reports, briefing papers, ministerial and other correspondence, and responses to parliamentary questions.
The Executive Officer acts with considerable independence and monitors and reports to Management on insurance liabilities and risk management issues, liaises and negotiates with the Memorial’s insurance broker, manages the Memorial’s fleet of leased vehicles, and acts as the Memorial’s Freedom of Information and Privacy contact officer.
In addition, the Executive Officer Corporate Services provides executive support to the Branch Head, Corporate Services, including providing secretariat support to committees; participating in policy formulation, and undertaking projects.
