Position Description

The Exhibitions Coordinator is responsible for providing project, operational and administrative support services in contribution to the delivery of the SA Museums exhibitions and special projects, including competitions. The role will be responsible for contributing to exhibition and special projects planning, development, scheduling, coordination and operational needs. The Exhibitions Coordinator will also take lead accountability for the records management functions of the Public Engagement team and undertake general administrative work in contribution to the effective operation of the Public Engagement team. The Exhibitions Coordinator may from time to time rotate duties with other coordinators within the Public Engagement team to provide opportunities for cross-skilling and to ensure effective delivery of administrative services across the team.
