A unique institution at the heart of Melbourne’s iconic meeting place, Federation Square, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) is Australia’s national museum of film, TV, videogames, digital culture and art. Welcoming over 1.45m visitors in 2015/16, ACMI is the most visited museum of the moving image in the world and the third most visited museum in Australia.

This exciting opportunity within our Exhibitions & Collections Team is supports the planning, project management and delivery of ACMI’s in-house and touring exhibitions program. In this role you will collaborate with leading talent across ACMI, and work with the Exhibition Manager to deliver our exhibitions program. You will be a part of an extraordinary team who are accountable for the presentation of galleries and exhibitions at ACMI and offsite to ensure the highest quality visitor experience within budget and resources. The role also offers opportunities to travel with ACMI’s national touring exhibitions and undertake collaborative projects with external organisations.

Your skill and experience in delivering high quality exhibitions of various scales, project management, exhibition planning & development and your sound organisation skills will place you ahead of the pack for this exciting opening at Australia’s leading museum of film, video games, digital culture and art.
