EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

We have an exciting full-time ongoing role for an Experience & Engagement Coordinator to join out Experience & Engagement Team. The Coordinator manages administrative workflow across Experience & Engagement and Brand & Marketing plus provides administrative support to the Chief Experience Officer and Director of Brand & Marketing. The role is also involved in supporting the Brand & Marketing team with the delivery of campaigns, events, and outputs. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer the Coordinator manages relationships with suppliers, external providers, internal/external stakeholders, coordinates projects and facilitates the management of group planning.

Our ideal team member will have experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support in an advertising/media/marketing agency or cultural organisation. You will have a demonstrated track record in financial administration and using contemporary office communication technologies. With strong organisational and project management skills you will be able to confidently prioritise activities managing competing demands and deadlines. A skilled relationship builder your excellent communication and negotiation skills enable you to solve problems and manage stakeholder expectations.
