We have an amazing fixed-term full-time opportunity for a Festival & Events Manager to lead ACMI’s Festival & Events team until July 2022. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a fast-paced and sustainable program of commercial hospitality, festivals and events. A key component of the role is working with ACMI’s festival partners as well as increasing self-generated revenue through commercial hirers. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and collaborating internally you will ensure events are delivered in a way that maintains and enhances relationships with ACMI’s clients and cultural partners.

Our ideal team member will have experience in event management and a hospitality background with a demonstrated track record of leading an Events team, achieving sales and implementing marketing strategies in an events environment. With strong organisational and project management skills you will be able to confidently prioritise activities managing competing demands and deadlines. A skilled relationship builder your excellent communication and negotiation skills enable you to solve problems and manage stakeholder expectations.
