About the Australian Museum
The Australian Museum (AM) operates within the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.  The AM is the first museum in Australia and was founded in 1827. The AM provides access, engagement and scientific research to increase our understanding of natural history and culture, particularly of the Australasian region. The AM holds more than 19.5 million objects of biological, geological and cultural collections and develops programs, exhibitions and school and community education initiatives onsite, online and offsite. About the role:
Lead and manage the provision of financial services as well as managing staff and their units resources to provide high quality financial advice, services and systems to the Australian Museum. This role oversees and ensures all AM financial functions; Financial accounting, Management Accounting, Finance Operations, and Business Partnering and associated outputs are provided efficiently, accurately, and in a timely basis
