The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic finance professional to join the Finance Business Unit as the Finance Officer.
The key duties of the position include:
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver and maintain efficient and effective accounts payable and accounts receivable services that include integration with secondary processing systems.
- Perform treasury functions including banking, reconciliations, collation of data for taxation GST and FBT returns.
- Provide advice and support on procurement, travel and accounts processing matters.
- Perform reconciliations and other internal control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of procedural guidelines and provide or interpret guidelines, rules and best practice principles for stakeholders.
