We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager to fill a key role in the Finance department.
As Financial Operations and Administration Team Leader you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial operations and administrative functions within the Finance Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Handling, Banking and General Administration.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous finance, accounting and / or administration experience, with demonstrated understanding of current better practices in financial operations
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a team to deliver against financial and operational objectives
- Strong experience in delivering financial and /or administrative process and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience in learning and applying skills in the use of Financial Management Information Systems, experience with Navision beneficial
- Ability to work with collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality financial operations and administration services
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply new skills
- Team player who can work individually when required
- Excellent written and verbal sills
This position is advertised as Full Time however Part Time will be considered.
