Sovereign Hill is a dynamic group of museums presenting the mining, social, cultural and environmental heritage of the Ballarat region and its impact on Australia’s history.
Our Gardening Department is responsible for landscaping and maintaining the entire gardens for The Sovereign Hill Museums Association. Landscaping within the outdoor museum needs to ensure historical accuracy of the 1850s as much as possible and
includes several vegetable gardens. Landscaping and gardening maintenance for the Comfort Inn Sovereign Hill, Gold Museum and all surrounding carparks is also an important role for the team. Many photographs have been and continue to be taken of our gardens.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Gardener.
