We have an exciting role within our Finance and Governance team for an experienced and proactive governance manager to join ACMI in this pivotal management role ensuring the effective governance of ACMI, including playing a key role in the delivery of the ACMI renewal project.
The role leads the Governance and Licensing team and is responsible for providing robust and proactive legal and governance advice, strategic advice to management as well as providing board secretariat support, governance and compliance services and intellectual property management for the organization.
You will join ACMI bringing with you a wealth of leadership experience across legal and governance functions and contract, licensing and IP law. You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to provide strategic risk advice that supports ACMI’s commercial and creative objectives.
This Grade 5.1 role is offered on a limited duration basis of 12 months.
