As the welcoming faces of our museums, our front-of-house teams are integral to our visitor experiences. At Queensland Museum, we want to transform our visitor experiences across our network to provide exceptional and enriching visitor experiences. This includes a consistent, high-quality, welcoming and seamless visitor experience, as well as connection with programming, experiences, and membership programs. The Head – Visitor Experience will redesign and deliver new practices and processes to better serve the needs of our visitors and sustain a culture of excellence, collegiality and hospitality.
