Under limited direction, gather, analyse and present HR organisational data and compile reports for internal and external reporting purposes.
Position Requirements:
- Utilising available resources and tools, gather HR organisational data and build reports that fulfil the Memorial’s internal and external reporting and data analysis requirements.
- Develop and interpret ad hoc and regular reports which clearly and concisely show status and trends for key HR metrics.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and validity of data gathered.
- Deliver information obtained to key stakeholders in appropriate and engaging methods that will inform and drive organisational action.
- Provide support to other members of the HR Team in relation to data analysis and reporting.
- Other HR duties as required.
