Under limited direction, gather, analyse and present HR organisational data and compile reports for internal and external reporting purposes.

Position Requirements:

  1. Utilising available resources and tools, gather HR organisational data and build reports that fulfil the Memorial’s internal and external reporting and data analysis requirements.
  2. Develop and interpret ad hoc and regular reports which clearly and concisely show status and trends for key HR metrics.
  3. Develop processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and validity of data gathered.
  4. Deliver information obtained to key stakeholders in appropriate and engaging methods that will inform and drive organisational action.
  5. Provide support to other members of the HR Team in relation to data analysis and reporting.
  6. Other HR duties as required.
