About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven HR Generalist to deliver HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives and strategies.
This is a busy and varied role and will require someone who can really hit the ground running, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources and working with the management team to drive a high performing culture.
You will provide team leadership and enable growth and development of employees, building coaching competence, driving key behaviours and a strong focus on business fundamentals.
Essential Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate;

Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or extensive experience in human resource management and in implementing a range of human resources services and programs.?
- Significant knowledge and understanding of the GSE Act, Rules and Regulations, NSW legislation, policy and guidelines relevant to public sector HR management combined with knowledge of contemporary HR trends and practices.
- Experience in business improvement, enhancement and integration of the HR system and HR processes to achieve best practice in service delivery.
- Knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities outlined in the Role Description.
