What the opportunity is
- Employment with Sydney Living Museums, Department of Premier & Cabinet
- Clerk Grade 1/2 – $78,066. Package includes salary ($64,779 – $70,425), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Temporary full-time employment (for a period up to 1 year)
- The opportunity to work multiple locations – The Mint, Sydney CBD and Western Sydney Records Centre, Kingswood

Sydney Living Museums (SLM) cares for a group of 12 of the most important historic houses, gardens and museums in NSW on behalf of the people of NSW.

Our partner – The State Archives and Records Authority of New South Wales (NSW State Archives and Records) is one of Australia’s pre-eminent Archives and Records Authorities with a vast collection of historical records and archives dating back to the European settlement of Australia in 1788. With responsibilities for the development, preservation and access for the State’s archives, NSW State Archives and Records is also responsible for managing and storing over 640 kilometres of semi-permanent Government records for NSW public sector offices.
What you’ll do with us
This role delivers a range of transactional human resources (HR) services to support to deliver efficient and accurate employee focused services across NSW State Archives & Records Authorities and Sydney Living Museums.
What the essential requirements of the role are
- Experience using Chris21 payroll system, Time target and HR21.
- Knowledge of NSW public sector employment conditions and entitlements effecting payroll and leave.
