The HR Systems Administrator/Payroll supervisor is primarily responsible for:
- Managing a small pay team and related quality services within the Museum
- Providing expertise and guidance on complex pay related issues
- Providing ongoing system administration of the Museum’s current HR Information system, Aurion and associated databases
- Managing the testing and implementation of modules, upgrades and system enhancements, in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Developing and delivering a range of HR statistics and reports on a regular and adhoc basis
- Providing support to employees on the Employee Self Service Module of Aurion
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, information and projects
