The Human Resources Advisor is a member of a passionate and agile Human Resources (HR) team, responsible for delivering support and advice in all operational areas of HR, to the management and employees of MAAS. The HR Advisor will innovate initiatives and effective outcomes to the business around; recruitment and retention, workforce planning, on-boarding, provision of employee relations advice, employee engagement, performance management and off-boarding.


Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant experience.


Experience in the provision of strategic HR advice and people management initiatives in at least 3 of the following areas.

  • People management practice improvement
  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment, Selection & Retention
  • Performance management policy and practice

Experience in the NSW Public Sector is an advantage but not a requirement.
