About the role
This role will be responsible for a range of generalist HR activities and support to the People and Culture team to contribute to the effective delivery of activities across the employee lifecycle. This role will also be supporting HR projects, initiatives and the achievement of key People and Culture objectives
Essential Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience in providing the full range of employee life cycle HR services.
- Working knowledge of conditions of employment as set out in the GSE Act 2013, GSE Regulations 2014 and GSE Rules 2014 and the various awards, determinations and agreements affecting staff.
- Knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities.
