We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and authentic ICT Customer Support Officer who is interested in joining a leading NSW Government agency focused on creating a living future for the past so that our visitors can experience Sydney’s past as if they had lived it themselves.

What we do
Sydney Living Museums (SLM) cares for a group of 12 of the most important historic houses, gardens and museums in NSW on behalf of the people of NSW.

What you’ll do with us
This role provides first-level assistance, advice, and manages work requests to ensure efficient and effective operation of information and communications technology across NSW State Archive & Records Authority and Sydney Living Museums.
