Duties
Provide specialist first and second level technical support of the public facing infrastructure; desktop infrastructure, telecommunications and applications to all staff to ensure business outcomes are supported with the best possible technical support, solutions and systems.
Monitor and maintain the digital ICT services delivery infrastructure to ensure high availability, manageability and integration and alignment with the museum’s ICT infrastructure.
Manage digital content in conjunction with Records, including conversation, editing and publishing. Provide support as required for ICT presentation and conferencing infrastructure to all staff.
Working Hours: This role is required to work on Tuesday to Saturdays as standard working week and occasionally Sundays. This is a 5 days a week onsite role.

Selection for this position will be made on the basis of relative merit which will be assessed against each item of the selection criteria. Applications that do not address the selection criteria will not be considered for short listing by the Selection Committee. As part of the selection process the selection committee may invite candidates to undertake psychometric test, you should advise the selection committee if you have any special needs. Psychometric tests may be used as the initial short-listing test or later in the selection process. Some tests are very short while others may take one or more hours.
