ABOUT THE POSITION
IMAX Melbourne are seeking new team members for casual positions to play a leading role in providing a compelling customer experience before, during and after each movie.
As a successful applicant you will be required to:
- Be an engaging and enthusiastic deliverer of the highest levels of customer service during all points of customer contact
- Perform various duties in the key areas of our front of house operation, which include the box office, candy bar and ushering
- Implement up-selling and suggestive selling sales techniques
- Play a paramount role in maintaining the IMAX environment, which involves completing various cleaning tasks on a regular basis
- Have a strong sense of initiative that allows you to work with minimal supervision
- Be a team player that can effectively contribute in a fun and strong working team environment
- Thrive in high pressure situations and be able to maintain a high level of work efficiency
- Obtain a Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) at your own cost by the commencement of employment

OTHER INFORMATION
This is a Casual position. The hourly rate is $33.09 per hour (Includes Casual Loading). To be a successful applicant, you must be able to commence work at the start of November, 2019 and have full availability over December and January – particularly between December 18 2019 and January 6 2020.
