Sovereign Hill is a dynamic group of museums presenting the mining, social, cultural and environmental heritage of the Ballarat region and its impact on Australia’s history.

The Commercial and Operations Department comprises of Retail outlets, both internal and external to the Museum, Operations, Sovereign Hill Hotel, Front Entrance, Blood on the Southern Cross (BOSC) and the Sovereign Hill Inventory Store and Warehouse.

An opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Term Inventory Officer to join our team on a part time basis. (30 hours per week, negotiable).

The Inventory Officer is responsible for the organisation of internal stock control and central
store based products.

To be successful you must have experience in a similar inventory position, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop new systems, processes and procedures and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
