ABOUT THE POSITION:

Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Lawyer to join its Legal and Risk Department. The primary responsibility of the Lawyer will be delivery of legal and risk advice across Museums Victoria, including advice and support in relation to:

We are seeking a lawyer who is a strong communicator, highly organised, works collaboratively and provides accurate and practical legal advice in relation to highly complex matters.

The preferred candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a lawyer. The successful applicant will hold a Victorian legal practising certificate.

OTHER INFORMATION

Reporting to the General Counsel, this is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer to advise on a diverse range of interesting and novel matters. This role has a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate may have up to 2 years PQE, but new graduates will be considered.
