Duties
- Work closely with the Director to grow and manage the bequest program, the annual appeal, and other specific campaigns for TMAG.
- Manage programs, and initiatives to build philanthropic support for TMAG, including through the TMAG Foundation Ltd, and undertake research and analysis into complex business issues and prepare reports providing solutions and recommendations.
- Co-ordinate philanthropic relationship management processes and systems, and provide support to the TMAG Director and senior management team, and the TMAG Foundation Ltd to support the management of donor relationships from identifying prospects, through to reporting to donors on the impact of their support.
- With guidance from the TMAG senior management team, participate in the creation, organisation and delivery of stakeholder events, and TMAG Foundation events to acknowledge support and help build philanthropic capacity and interest.
- Assist the TMAG senior management team to engage TMAG staff in building awareness of philanthropy to build a culture of philanthropy by working with them to provide guidance, a clear sense of direction, set achievable goals, and provide motivation, coaching and training opportunities to staff.
- Provide support and specialist advice for management and TMAG staff, and TMAG Foundation Ltd on all aspects relating to fundraising.
