The Opportunity:

Based in one of Australia’s most prominent national heritage buildings, Old Parliament House, This position is responsible for the management of the human resources team and operations services across the agency.

About the Position:

This position is an ongoing, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.

This position leads a small, but driven team who deliver human resource activities. The team is committed to providing excellent, client-focused services to our staff.

About You:

The successful applicant must:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the delivery of human resource functions.
  • Have an understanding of planning and governance requirements and practices in the Australian Public Service.
  • High-level leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities.
