You will be accountable for the strategic management of human resources and organisational development for the Queensland Museum Network (QMN). While you are accountable for identifying and implementing strategic solutions to meet business and cultural development needs of QMN, you will collaborate with our strategic partner (Corporate Administration Agency) to ensure the delivery of services.
The role of Manager, Human Resources and Organisational Development provides you with an opportunity to significantly impact on QMN performance and culture by understanding business needs and then developing and applying appropriate people management practices. You will utilise your extensive experience in developing/reviewing human resources frameworks and delivering internal consulting.
