What we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
Demonstrated “hands-on” experience in delivering high-level support for complex information systems in a distributed organisation.
Proven practical experience in a similar role including implementation of three or more of the following technologies or projects: Business collaboration tools in M365, Migrating Workloads to Cloud including SaaS, Consolidation of business systems, Implementing Audio Visual and multimedia technologies, Storage Architecture both Hybrid and Cloud, Azure AD/ Active Directory Group Policy Architecture, Network Architecture, SD-WAN, IP Telephony.
Builds a cohesive and supportive team environment and maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven high level of written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and presenting messages in a clear, concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Exercises sound business acumen in corporate governance areas, such as financial, contract, and project management.
Values the diverse expertise, knowledge and skills of others within the organisation.
