Are you an experienced Knowledge / Information Manager looking for a challenge? Come to Our Place and be part of our Corporate Information Team that brings together document and records management, library services, the Te Papa Archive and oversight of the Te Papa Intranet.

An opportunity has arisen at Te Papa for a Manager, Knowledge and Information, to join our team. This position is responsible for the management of and provision of access to Te Papa’s corporate information and knowledge.

The role involves ongoing development of a sustainable, discoverable, transparent and authentic information repository (both digital and physical) that informs and advises Te Papa’s decision-making and business activities; and enables Te Papa to achieve compliance with the Public Records Act.

With a team of eight direct reports the candidate will have the ability to support and encourage staff to take responsibility for managing information in order to meet Te Papa’s goals and objectives.
