Under limited direction of the Head, Photographs Film and Sound (PFS and Multimedia), the Manager of Multimedia and DAMS Services leads a large team of technical and creative practitioners. The team is tasked with manufacturing, managing and preserving content from the National Collection as it is related to Australia’s military history.

The job provides team leadership and development in a broad range of areas, including production coordination for public engagement, exhibitions, publications, web broadcasting and other public programs.

The National Collection program includes collection development and digital asset management utilising contemporary digital and multimedia technology.

The Manager Multimedia contributes to corporate governance, manages budgets, represents the Memorial and liaises with stakeholders.

NOTE: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly desirable. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Negative Vetting 1 level.
