The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced digital practitioner to lead our Online Operations and Development team.
As Museums Victoria’s Online Operations and Development Manager you will strategically manage and drive Museums Victoria’s online operations and services roadmap; inspiring, leading and managing the digital design, development, and content publishing team; and growing and managing internal and external partnerships.
The successful applicant will have:
- Significant experience in planning and managing online operations and development for a complex customer centred organisation;
- Significant experience in leading and managing diverse digital teams, including UI/UX design; front end and back-end development; content production and publishing resources
- Familiarity with and ability to use and implement best practise tools such as Jira and Asana and Agile methodology to facilitate requirements gathering, project management, reporting and governance for online operations, products and services, and
- An insatiable interest in and understanding of online engagement trends, digital visitor journeys, creative technology solutions and data analysis for business benefit.
