An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Manager Retail, Venues & Commercial to join the Australian Museum and make a significant impact on leading and driving revenue optimisation.
 
About the role:
The Manager Retail, Venues & Commercial is responsible for the overall delivery of a high standard of customer service across admissions, retail, outsourced food and beverage services and venue hire and creating the ‘best’ retail experience for all visitors to the Museum.

We provide access, engagement and scientific research to increase understanding of natural history and culture, particularly of the Australasian region. Holding more than 18 million objects of biological, geological and cultural collections, we develop programs, exhibitions and school and community education initiatives onsite, online and offsite. Our purpose is to make nature, Indigenous cultures & science accessible and relevant to everyone.
