This position will manage a small team responsible for strategic planning and delivery of capital works. There will be a focus on planning and scheduling for major refurbishments and capital works but will also include minor works projects, developing briefs and specifications, arranging contracts and overseeing the management of the works including staff and contract management and financial control.

Proficiency in the use of the MS suite of products, such as Project, Excel, Word and Outlook including experience with project design documentation and management systems is highly desirable.

This is a Non-ongoing, full time position that is offered for the specified task of our capital works program. This task is expected to be completed in 36 months.
