A unique institution at the heart of Fed Square, ACMI is Australia’s national museum of film, TV, videogames, digital culture and art. Welcoming over 1.29m visitors in 2016/17, ACMI is the most visited museum of the moving image in the world and the third most visited museum in Australia.
The Victorian Government recently announced an additional $31.6m in the 2018 -2019 budget to fund our redevelopment. In addition to developing designs for a major physical and technological overhaul of the Federation Square attraction. ACMI’s renewal involves a complete redevelopment of the delivery of our content and the technology that underpins it.
The ACMI Brand & Marketing Team is a key business unit delivering ACMI’s strategic marketing, communications, audience research and design activities. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Communications Assistant works collaboratively with departments across the organisation, and in close conjunction with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Audience Insights Manager, Digital and Social Media Manager and Design team.
The Marketing & Communications Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Brand & Marketing team to deliver compelling, brand-led marketing and media outcomes that speak to a range of audiences in innovative ways
The Marketing & Communications Assistant will bring enthusiasm, a passion for the arts, a keen understanding of the current social climate and trends, and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
