As part of a small team, working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the implementation of strategies to ensure that the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) develops and maintains positive and effective partnerships to achieve its objectives.  You will also assist in promoting MoAD and its activities across the full communications spectrum.

The key duties of the position include:

  • Development of strategic partnership approaches including proposals and prospectus
  • Support the continued refinement of partnership structures and frameworks
  • Identify areas of MoAD business that can be offered for sponsorship
  • Research and identify potential partners, donors, sponsors, philanthropists, funding and grant opportunities
  • Develop and manage partnership contracts and MoUs, including the delivery of agreed obligations, such as partnership activities and events
  • Support the development of partnership related grant applications and funding opportunities
  • Maintain and foster partner relationships, including evaluation and reporting
  • Marketing and administration support where required

Eligibility

To be eligible for employment at MoAD, you must:

  1. Be an Australian Citizen, and
  2. Be able to obtain and/or maintain a government security clearance at the baseline level (after commencement).
