Duties
The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join the Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs team as an APS6 Media Liaison Coordinator. The successful candidate will develop and implement media promotion for National Museum of Australia exhibitions, programs, acquisitions and events. The successful candidate will draft media releases; provide journalists with text and images; prepare media kits; write the monthly internal news bulletin; be responsible for administering the Museum’s media monitoring programs; and respond to day to day media queries.
