About the Australian Museum
The Australian Museum (AM) operates within the NSW Department of Justice and was founded in 1827 and is the first museum in Australia. The AM provides access, engagement and scientific research to increase our understanding of natural history and culture, particularly of the Australasian region. The AM holds more than 18 million objects of biological, geological and cultural collections and develops programs, exhibitions and school and community education initiatives onsite, online and offsite. About the role
The Media Producer develops video, imaging and audio digital media assets to engage, educate and immerse audiences of the AM.
Essential Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or industry certification in media production or in communications with a strong audio visual component
- Adequate knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the NSW Public Sector Focus Capabilities outlined in the Role Description
