The Membership program is undergoing significant change and revitalisation. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and development of the NMA Membership program. This includes developing a framework and strategy for the Membership program development, delivery and implementation that creates affinity for the NMA through a range of rewards and benefits. The position will meet monthly and annual join and renewal targets, and identify opportunities for growth. Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating member satisfaction is essential to the program.

The Membership Coordinator will oversee and manage all administrative aspects associated with the program and report on outcomes and progress to the Executive, Council and other stakeholders.

Annual salary of between $78,293 and $87,751 plus superannuation. Employment conditions are covered by the National Museum of Australia Enterprise Agreement 2017–2020 or its successor. Other arrangements may be negotiated under an Individual Flexibility Agreement. The Museum supports the use of flexible working arrangements.
