The Central Administration Team, Corporate Services is responsible for providing an efficient and effective human resources, information and records management, facilities, procurement and financial administration service across the SA Museum.

Role Details
The Museum Administration Officer is responsible for providing a high level of administration services across the Museum, including human resources, information and records management, facilities, procurement and financial administration. The Museum Administration Officer is an integral member of the Corporate Services team, providing whole of SA Museum administrative support as required.

Special Conditions

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
  • Compliance with Government legislation, Code of Ethics for the SA Public Sector, DPC policies and procedures, including ethical / accountable resources and information management, WHS and injury management, risk management, and the access / equity /diversity strategies of the public sector.
