Museum Indigenous Network

The National Museum of Australia was Highly Commended for its Museum Indigenous Network (MINmin) at the recent Australian Public Service (APS) Diversity award.  The MINmin program was established in 2013 to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders staff in their roles.

By integrating Indigenous values into the MINmin framework, the MINmin group is attempting to enhance the concept of “Walking in Two Worlds”, providing support for employees both socially and in the workplace.
