Museums Shops Association of Australia & New Zealand 2017 Benchmarking Survey
The Museum Shops Association of Australia & New Zealand (MSAANZ) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to specialty retailers from cultural institutions. MSAANZ is undertaking an industry wide industry study on as part of our mission to enhance the success of non-profit retail and of the professionals engaged in it.
Findings will provide insights and valuable information to help museum store professionals benchmark their performance and make informed business decisions.

All results will be kept confidential and reported only as combined values with other stores. Following the collation and review of this survey the Executive Summary and full report will be made available to all contributors who complete the survey in full.
