Join us for this year’s Museum Shops Association of Australasia’s national conference, being held in Melbourne in August at 2 locations – Melbourne Zoo & Melbourne Museum.

We are very lucky to have secured another great international guest as our key note speaker. This year we will be joined by Caroline Brown, Head of Commercial Services at the British Library and also Chair of ACE –the Association of Cultural Enterprises (UK).

The packed programs includes sessions on ecommerce and being China Ready.

Our popular rural day will see us travelling to the city of Bendigo to visit the major cultural institutions in this vibrant Victorian city.
