About the Role
The Payroll & Operations Support Officer is responsible for payroll processing and other related matters to ensure accurate and timely administration of the agency’s pay cycle in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. The role also assists the People and Culture team by providing support for a range of generalist HR activities to ensure the effective delivery of activities across the employee lifecycle.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience in with SAP Payroll
- well-developed administrative abilities to provide broad support for the People & Culture Team
- well-developed communications skills, both written and oral
- strong skills with CM9/Trim or similar and the Microsoft suite of products including SharePoint.
Essential Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience using SAP HR/Payroll, including data maintenance, payroll transactions and reporting.
Knowledge & Experience
Strong working knowledge of public sector conditions of employment as set out in the GSE Act 2013, GSE Regulations 2014 and GSE Rules 2014 and the various awards, determinations and agreements affecting staff.
