The key duties of the position include:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will provide administrative support to the People and Culture (PAC) team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as on boarding, changes in employment and off boarding. You will also respond to PAC queries in a timely manner and assist in document filing, invoicing and tasks that arise to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • End to end PAC administration across all touch points of the employee lifecycle including recruitment (drafting employment contracts), training enrolment/reporting, creation of new starter packs, on boarding, ordering of name badges, coordination of lockers, ordering of uniforms, assist with booking group induction sessions and tours and off boarding tasks related to PAC record maintenance.
  • Produce a variety of PAC letters. Maintain PAC files in order, scanning documents into files as required. Coordination of confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Assist in identifying, coordinating and facilitating staff enquiries whilst delivering an excellent candidate experience and positively promoting the Museum’s vision, mission and values.
  • End to end processing of invoices along with external stakeholder management relating to the invoice process.
  • Provide general administration support to the broader People and Culture team, which includes assisting with booking meeting rooms, setup of meeting rooms as well as assigned project related work.
  • Maintain stationary/office supplies at all times and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist the Chief People Officer (CPO) as well as other PAC team members identified by the CPO with any ad hoc projects/tasks.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant business subject or sound experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise competing demands and provide a high level of accurate and timely work.
  • Commitment to deliver a high standard of work with an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data in excel, drafting letters/ emails and producing PowerPoint presentations.
