Role Details
Reporting to the Director, SA Museum, you will work with the SA Museum’s leadership team and the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s broader People and Culture   function, to identify the capabilities needed to deliver the strategic objectives of SA Museum’s 2021-2025 strategic plan. This will involve integrating people and performance solutions to achieve an agile, engaged, and high performing workforce. An immediate priority will be the development and implementation of a Leadership Development Program as part of the people plan to develop a cohesive and aligned culture. A highly visible and influential role, you will coach senior leaders, develop employee engagement, drive employment programs and diversity initiatives, deliver strategic people and culture   projects, and implement systems and processes to ensure the ongoing measurement of cultural development across the workforce.

Special Conditions

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
