ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Philanthropy Assistant is accountable for a range of administrative tasks to support the Philanthropy Manager including maintaining databases, preparing and processing correspondence and prospective donor research.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in an administrative position, preferably in a fundraising / development office;
- Extensive experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft CRM) including the ability to write queries and extract data, using complex conditions;
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Access to manipulate and format data, perform mail merges, query databases and data cubes, and match data from different sources;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and establish good relations with others;
- Ability to organise and prioritise work.
- The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
