Museums Victoria is seeking a Planning & Performance Coordinator. to support the development, coordination and implementation of strategic and organisational plans and initiatives that demonstrate Museums Victoria’s success and performance against government and strategic measures.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is accountable for. the effective development, implementation and evaluation of key organisational planning and reporting products supported by high quality materials, communications, publications and plans for. Museums Victoria’s internal and external audiences.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Sound knowledge and experience of strategy development, public sector. planning and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience developing, preparing and evaluating high quality materials, communications, publications and plans for. internal and external audiences
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, including those relating to strategic management planning and process development.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, make sound decisions and recommend innovative solutions.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, influence and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and the capacity to work a variety of individuals and groups
- Demonstrated high-level experience in project management including project planning, project management and delivery, implementation support, performance indicator, identification and development, and application of evaluation and reporting frameworks.
