Powerhouse

The Academy Residency Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivering the daily operational requirements of the Lang Walker Academy and Powerhouse Residencies. The role ensures all accommodation spaces, food and beverage services, movement schedules and guest support functions are ready, coordinated and delivered to a consistently high standard. The position oversees operational readiness, room presentation, cleanliness coordination, meal service logistics and on-site support for both student groups and Residency guests. This role acts as the primary operational contact for teachers, supervising adults and Residency guests during their stay, ensuring smooth arrival, in-stay experience and departure. Working closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, guest relations teams, the Academy Residency Operations Coordinator ensures all the Academy and Residency programs operate safely, efficiently and in alignment with Powerhouse’s service and presentation standards.
