The Director, Finance and Commercial leads financial and commercial activities across Queensland Museum (QM) including compliance, governance and due diligence.
Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Finance and Commercial leads the Finance and Commercial team and manages critical relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The successful applicant will be a pragmatic, solutions-based individual with a proven track record in commercial management and demonstrated knowledge of contemporary financial practice, legislation and standards.
They will work well under pressure; possess a high attention to detail and rise to the challenge of achieving KPIs within a fast-paced environment.
