About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide executive and administrative support for the Director & CEO including calendar management, records management, routine correspondence, organising travel arrangements and reconciling expenditure, whilst maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion.

- Clerk Grade 5/6
- Fixed term 2 years, with the potential to convert to ongoing
- Full time 35 hours per week
About you
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and experienced professional with a solid track record of success in a similar role.
Knowledge & Experience
- Demonstrated success in the provision of administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, and liaising with people in senior positions with a high level of tact and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a diversity of stakeholder and client groups.
- Experience preparing expense claims, coordinating meetings and associated catering and travel arrangements.
- Ability to manage a high volume of workflow and determine priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated qualities of sound judgment, reliability, attention to detail, confidentiality and personal and professional integrity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in using accounting software.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g. Tessitura) is highly desirable.
