About the role
Join ACMI as our Head of Corporate Partnerships. The role’s primary focus is relationship management and income generation through established and new business opportunities, achieved by leveraging ACMI programs and projects to develop corporate partnerships that offer collaboration and demonstrate return on investment. Reporting to the Director of Commercial & Development this is a 12-month full-time fixed term parental leave cover position commencing June 2026.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Extensive sponsorship or business development experience with a track record of securing significant and multi-year corporate partnerships, aligned to short- and long-term organisational needs. Experience working with premium brands is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage high level negotiations with prospective and current corporate partners, driving successful acquisition and retention of business relationships.
- Strong communication skills, enabling the development and confident delivery of compelling proposals and presentations that ultimately win business. Commercially minded, with significant experience in negotiating, developing and managing complex contracts.
- Collaborative and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to proactively manage and lead complex projects while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder management.
- High level analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to demonstrate return on investment to corporate partners through stakeholder engagement and reporting.

- 12-month full-time fixed term parental leave cover position commencing June 2026. Grade 5.1 role with starting salary of $116,413 plus super.
