Powerhouse

The Head of Data Engineering and Operations establishes and leads the DataOps function to unlock the value of Powerhouse’s data assets, transforming data into strategic capabilities that enhance visitor experiences and operational excellence. This role drives the operationalisation of the DataHub platform whilst building a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The incumbent will lead the establishment of enterprise data governance frameworks, mature data management practices, and enable innovative data products that support Powerhouse’s digital transformation. Critical to success is the ability to translate complex data capabilities into tangible business value whilst ensuring data assets are managed securely, ethically, and in accordance with NSW Data Strategy requirements.
